关于UCLA confidential financial statement的问题

我申请的EE的MS，UCLA的系统會让你提交一份confidential financial statement，上面需要银行的签名。
系统里面也提到说如果暫时不能提供，可以先上傳一份空白的。
我想问下申過UCLA的前辈，这学校到底需不需要在申请時候就上傳财产证明？还是等到他们发了AD以后，我才给他们传证明？
还有类似其他UW-madison的学校，也有要你提供这個证明的。
